Shipping & Delivery (Canada Only)

At Little Leif’s Nook, we prepare every order with love and care, and we aim to make shipping simple and transparent for you.

For all orders shipping within Manitoba, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.99.

This rate includes local delivery within 15 km and parcel shipping through Sendle, Canada Post, or Purolator—we’ll choose the most reliable and cost-effective option for your area.

For orders shipping outside Manitoba, standard carrier-calculated rates will apply at checkout. These rates are automatically generated based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

• Local Delivery (Within 15 km Radius)

If you’re within 15 km of our store, we’re happy to personally deliver your order.

*Local delivery is included in the Manitoba flat rate and is faster than standard shipping, typically arriving within 1–2 business days after your order is prepared. **Because this is a personal drop-off service, tracking numbers are not available, but we will notify you when your order is on its way. Many customers prefer this option as it offers quicker, more direct delivery and avoids typical carrier delays.

Processing Times

    •    Personalized Items: These are made with extra care and attention. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
    •    Non-Personalized Items: Orders that do not require customization will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Shipping & Tracking
    •    All orders are shipped with tracking information except local deliveries, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.
    •    Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Additional Notes
    •    Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
    •    If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, they may ship separately.
